Samantha van Schelven is an Australian, Sydney based designer and artist who specialises in detail based hand techniques and designs. Such specialities include embroidery and beading. With a bachelors in fashion at Whitehouse institute of design having already attained her certificate 3 in Design Fundamentals. Her designs experiment with detail and story telling through the visual language as well as promoting the return of hand crafted textile and design. She works with traditional and digital illustration, photography animation and beaded portraits.
